Hibiscus Community Centre

Hibiscus Community Centre opened in 1994 in response to the lack of social and leisure facilities for African and Caribbean elders living in the London Borough of Newham. It is home of Hibiscus Caribbean Elderly Association (HCEA) a private company and registered charity which leased the building from the London Borough of Newham to deliver and develop its services. over the last twenty-five years a full range of services reflective of Caribbean culture have been developed and delivered locally and beyond.
