Luisa D. Rozo is a London-based multidisciplinary artist, biodynamic craniosacral therapist and cultural producer from Bolivia. Originally formed in dance and choreography, Luisa has a longstanding career with the scenic arts, having specialised in participatory processes, light design and movement research. She has created, produced and consulted several large and small scale pieces that were shown in England, Poland, Bolivia, Norway, Italy, Lithuania, Spain and Germany, as well as sharing her own sonic work that experiments with música popular Latinoamericana, field-recording and melancholic R&B. As of 2025, Luisa is a member of The Horse Hospital Collective, running the historic countercultural venue at the heart of London.
Luisa will facilitate exercises that activate the embodied observation of time, gently pushing our bodies to engage with questions of perception, movement and meaning through improvisational frameworks and simple craniosacral-informed movement phrases.
This workshop is part of a series curated by the artist Mica Georgis as part of a Residency at The Writers’ Room, Florence Trust in April 2026.
The workshops are open to dancers and non-dancers. No previous dance experience is necessary.
N.B The venue is not accessible, the studio is up two flights of stairs.
