Celebrating the closing of the Hot Snakes Night Club, experimental music platform Transmead present live performances of electronic music and leftfield from Gusty Ferro, R3YWYA, and Kicho.
Transmead is an experimental electronic music platform and radio show resident on rtm.fm broadcasting sonic collaborations featuring noise, left-field tracks, and field recordings. The event will be recorded for broadcast.

Gusty Ferro is a Brazil-born, London-based cross-disciplinary artist. Their creative practice sits between visual arts and experimental music, developing site-responsive installations that often incorporate elements of sound, sculpture, drawing and moving image. Their sonic practice embraces improvisation with modular synthesisers, sampling field recordings and using contact mics, creating noise-scapes and temporal distortions.
Kicho (DE) is a London-based music maker working across experimental sound design, ambient textures, and electronic music. In recent years, he has been active with the sound art collective Subphonics and as an event organizer for Pest Control.
R3YWYA is the noise project of Riga‑based artist Evija Ābrama. Working through improvisation, she treats sound as a form of human communication — instinctive, fragmented, and constantly reshaped. Her practice centers on second‑hand cassette tapes found in thrift shops: objects marked by abandonment, carrying traces of forgotten personal histories. Rather than approaching them as degraded relics, she reuses them as raw material, almost like recycling sound. Through interaction with modern synthesizers, these tapes become active collaborators, speaking again in unexpected textures and broken signals.
