We are delighted to invite you to If LOVE had Senses…, a day of embodied encounters consisting of a workshop, interactive soundscape performance, and participatory screening. Responding to Victoria Cantons’ autobiographical ruminations on selfhood and expressions of emotion through language, this public programme moves from the tactile to the sonic to the somatic. The day invites participants to rediscover personal narrative not as exposure, but as connection.
Across three acts, we ask: what if LOVE could touch? What if it could speak? What if it could move?
This is a celebration of the self, others, and things, a space for collective engagement across cultural differences, grounded in shared experience. It’s also an opportunity to experience Cantons’ exhibition ‘A Formula for How to Find Love’ through sensory exchange.
