Spring is here. And so is our fifth offering to you all.
We’re back at Avalon caf to inaugurate your bank holiday weekend, and it will be filled with treats and surprises. Think egg shaped choccy hunts, free soup as per, a duet of very important clowns, and the UK debut of hyperpop starlet Rikky Mandozza

PLOWMAN AND CUMMINS are an experimental clown duo. Expect classical singing, falling over, mess, beauty, violence, and the feeling you get when you see someone running for the bus as it drives away 👽
Please note this act will have a limited capacity, and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Please arrive in good time!

MOONDISC bring their oddball mix of medieval percussion, 3D printed recorders, horns, and bass to Avalon for their debut performance 🌀 John Cage eat your heart out 🌀

Anjali’s sets are lil universes of their own - dank, sparkly, euphoric, murky, rawdy, saucy, and hard. Expect all the above and more ✨

Rikky Mandozza (live) - we are so very excited to host Berlin-based artist Rikky Mandozza for their UK debutttt. Their live set is somewhat unforgettable, sitting in the glittering ether between hyperpop and trance. Make sure you’ve done your stretches upon arrival. 💅
We’ll be fundraising for Sister Midnight - a collective grown from the fires of SE London’s political music world, who are on a mission to build a collectively owned venue in the heart of Catford. They’ve secured a site at the former Brookdale Club, and the proceeds of the night will go towards the ongoing renovation works at the space. Come shake a leg and contribute to more spaces for dance and play
